2. Information collected automatically
Like every website, this site is served by a hosting provider that records basic technical information about each request in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. That information may include:
- IP address (used transiently for routing, security, and coarse country-level location)
- Date and time of the request, and the page or file requested
- Browser type and version, operating system, and device category
- The referring page or link, where your browser supplies one
These records are generated by the hosting infrastructure, retained for a limited period, and used only for operating and securing the site.
Website analytics
We may use a privacy-preserving analytics service to understand aggregate traffic — how many people visit, which sections are read, and which links refer them. Any such service we use is configured so that it does not set advertising cookies, does not build cross-site profiles, and does not attempt to identify you personally. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or session-recording tools on this site.
3. Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Because of that, no cookie-consent banner is presented. Your hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie in the course of protecting the site from automated abuse.
4. Information you give us
There is no form on this site. If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, organization, contact details, and the substance of your inquiry. We use that information solely to respond to you, to evaluate a requirement or teaming opportunity, and to maintain ordinary business records. We do not add correspondents to a marketing list.
Please do not send sensitive or controlled information by email. Do not transmit classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, personally identifiable information such as Social Security numbers or dates of birth, or clearance and investigation details through this website or ordinary email. Contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
5. How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate the site and our email on our behalf, under their own terms; when a client, prime contractor, or government customer must receive it to act on your inquiry, and then only with your knowledge; and where required by law, regulation, contract, or lawful government request.
6. Retention
Technical logs are retained for a short operational period. Business correspondence is retained in accordance with our records-retention practice and any applicable federal contracting record requirements.
7. Your choices
You may browse this site without providing any personal information. Most browsers offer a “do not track” setting and controls for blocking scripts. If you have corresponded with us and would like your contact details corrected or removed from our records, email us and we will act on the request unless a legal or contractual obligation requires retention.
8. Children
This site is directed to government and industry professionals and is not intended for, or directed to, children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we make no guarantee that information sent to us by ordinary email will remain confidential in transit.
10. External links
This site links to third-party resources including SAM.gov and the SBA certification search. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies and terms, over which we have no control.

We work to keep registration data, certification status, and capability descriptions current, but authoritative federal records govern. Certification status should be verified at search.certifications.sba.gov and registration status at SAM.gov against UEI JQ5VY38P2289.
